Is it true you can customise swimwear orders?

Yes we can customise your Truffle Bikini by changing the ruffles to any colour (or colours) you desire! Note, we cannot change the colour of the swimwear itself. To order a customised Truffle Bikini, please follow the below instructions:

Select your chosen swimwear and size and add to the cart.
On the cart page you will see a section called 'Special Instructions for Seller'. Here you can add in all of your personalisation notes. Be sure to include as much information and detail as possible!

If you have questions about your customised swimwear before purchasing you can head to our Contact & Custom page and complete the online form. Please note you can only customise new purchases and only swimwear sold/created by Truffle Bikinis.

How to take care of your Truffle-Ruffles?

All Truffle items are delicately handmade and must be treated with l o v e. We advise our Truffle Chicks to take extra care with your ruffles as we do not accept returns once worn. Our swimwear is not intended for pool use or extreme water exposure.

To clean, please hand wash only the bikini/dress section, and not your ruffles, with cold water and hang dry in the shade. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or dry clean your Truffle swimwear/products. Truffle Bikinis are not responsible for any damage caused to your swimwear/products if the above is not met.

When packing your swimwear, we recommend to treat similarly to a new hat, best to avoid crushing them and ruining shape! You can also refer to the Care Instructions highlight on our Instagram page for more after care visuals.

How to take care of your Truffle Monkey clothing?

All Truffle Monkey items must be washed inside out and on a cool wash at 30 degrees. You must iron items inside out after washing. The heat of the iron if placed directly onto the print will burn the product however when ironed inside out , the heat will keep your printed product nicely pressed.

When will my order arrive?

For pre-made orders we aim to have all UK orders delivered within 3-5 working days and for international orders between 5-7 working days. For customised orders please allow a little longer in order for us to source your required ruffle materials.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at £3 for all UK deliveries, £8 for countries within Europe or £12 for international. We use Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed delivery option to ensure all items are safe from door to door!

Live local to Loughton, Essex? No need to pay for shipping as we also offer a collection service, free of charge. We'll email you when your order is ready for pick up and then email back when you want to come!

Please note for any orders outside of the UK, the customer will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

What is your returns/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns on any Truffle Bikinis or Truffle Monkeys items however exchanges may be allowed if garments are returned unworn and in the original condition. This includes hygiene labels and tags. Customers are liable for the return of garments however your exchange postage is on us ;)

How is Truffle Bikinis a sustainable brand?

From the costume materials, to the ruffles, to the packaging, Truffle Bikinis use completely recycled materials. Our fabrics have been collected from the sea as waste, plastic bottles and fishnets, and saved from hitting the landfills as factory "scraps". We try our best to be as sustainable as possible for both the people and the planet 🌎.
